Terms and Conditions
JLP Model Representatives will promote only Jina LaFary Photography
Signing of a contract will require both parties and legal guardian if representative is under 18.
Any breach of contract will result in termination of model status.
Number of shoots and edits will be determined on a model-by-model basis.
All edits and photos remain property of Jina LaFary Photography to be used for advertisement purposes such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, private party messaging, business cards and brochures.
Is there a Fee? Yes, there will be a fee this year of $250 that will be due before the first shoot.
Do I have to pay it all at once? To participate, Yes the fee has to be paid up front but if you need to split the payments up, I can do that as well
What's included individually:
What you will receive
- ONE (1) individual Session between Summer 2020 -Spring 2021 (STUDIO)
- ONE (1) individual Session between Summer 2020 -Spring 2021 (OUTDOOR)
- Senior Cap+Gown Session
- Any group session you AGREE to be a part of you will receive those images
- You will receive High- Resolution images for every session
- 50% off any Prints you wish to order!
What's included when you participate in the group sessions :
- You will be invited to participate in all group photo sessions.
- We plan on having 6 opportunity for group shoots.
- Each Rep will be offered 10-15 Digital Downloads per group shoot. With the option to buy more at a discounted price.
Sneak Peeks within 2 weeks after each photo shoot with a minimum of 3 edited low resolution images that you can share and post on social media
Photographs Featured on My website, FB, Instagram, Blog and any IG account that features our work. We also have magazines who reach out to use our images but those images will require Parental consent before a image is released.
LOTS of fun and opportunities to meet new friends and build your confidence.
If you Refer 4 clients and they schedule a session with JLP before 12/21 You will receive a FREE PROM SESSION
**Refer means that the client that you referred has paid their non refundable retainer"
If I am terminated from the program, will I get any of my money back? Being terminated from the program is something that I don't want to do and it will be the very last resort before I will do this to ANY of my reps. That is why I have you sign a contract prior to the team being chosen. I am rigorous about the application process and I try to inform and educate what this group goals are and my wants for this group before I make my decisions and if you are chosen as a rep I will expect that you will hold yourself to the standards of the group. If you are terminated before you have had any pictures taken with JLP, yes you will receive a full refund but if you are terminated after you have had a session with JLP your $250 will be kept as a payment for our services rendered.
Qualifications:
Model and 1 parent must attend the first model session of the season.
Parent must sign Application and Model Release (so that Model Rep photos can be used on Website, Social Media, and any advertising)
Agree to ONLY Represent Jina LaFary Photography (no other photographers or modeling programs)
I ask that you also refer at least 2 people to apply for the following year model program
Agree to tell all your friends about Jina LaFary Photography and share your Photos with them
Student and parent must share their sneak peeks from the Jina LaFary Photography on their social media accounts Facebook and Instagram also giving Credit to Jina LaFary Photography
Share a photo from one of your photo sessions every Sunday (for Seniors) or Monday (if you aren't a senior) and hashtag #seniorsunday or #modelmonday #JLPSenior #JLPmodel
Virtual signing of this questionnaire implies knowledge and consent to above stated terms and conditions.
**Some photography sessions may require a fee or deposit to be paid by the model for that session if they want to be included. For example; If we wanted to do airplane session and there ware a fee of $500 for the photographer to use the airplanes. Each model that chose to participate paid $25. The only time there will be any fees for a session is if the photographer is renting or paying to use space or props for that session and you will be notified of this ahead of time. The fee will be paid at the time you "book" or agree that you will be participating in that session and that fee or deposit will not be refunded if you are unable to participate and the photographer is not able to fill your spot.
